Founded in 1995, Tight 5 Contracting was established to provide a competitive presence for heat and frost insulation to commercial, industrial and residential industries. Today Tight 5 Contracting Ltd. comprises of apprentice and journeyman insulators, estimators, and office staff, becoming one of the larger and leading insulation companies in the lower mainland.
Serving British Columbia and it’s surrounding area for almost 3 decades, Tight 5 has established long-term relationships with many mechanical and sheet metal contractors. The Majority of our services being provided to the new construction sector; with the remainder in upgrades, renovations, and maintenance service. Our projects focus on residential and office towers, schools, hospitals, shopping centers, restaurants, churches, spas, and private client residences.
Our management team has an extensive amount of experience in all aspects of the mechanical insulation industry, taking an active role in the business by using a-hands-on approach on a daily basis. As owners, project managers, and field operators they know what it takes to do the job and will ensure the highest standards are met and that the job is done right.
